Product characteristics
RM18G-125 Over / under-voltage Protection Circuit Breaker 32A, 40A, 50A, 63A, 80A, 100A, 125A for
PV System.
The product is designed for PV systems and enjoys anti-islanding protection and over / under-voltage reclosing, it switches on automatically in the case of power available and switches off automatically in
the case of power failure. It prevents closing at fault and has protection functions against overload or
short circuit. It is suitable for electric systems of AC50Hz, rated operating voltage AC230V(1P+N, 2P),
AC400V(3P+N, 4P), and rated current 6A-125A, for automatic opening and closing control. The product is widely used in PV grid-tied system, it conducts reclosing automatically when the power grid supplies power and realizes power supply by both solar power and grid power; it disconnects the PV power from the grid power automatically when the grid power is interrupted (popular saying: switch on at power available, switch off at power failure). It is applicable for places that are inaccessible for
personnel, or places that maintenance personnel cannot arrive in time, it also can be used for
infrequent circuit switching.
Automatic mode: the circuit breaker switches on automatically when the main circuit power is
available, and switches off automatically at power outage.
Manual mode: the circuit breaker regulates the opening state automatically when the main circuit power is available, but will not switch on automatically, it ensures safety for circuit maintenance and
overhaul.
It complies with the standards: GB10963.1, IEC60898-1.

Features

contacts of circuit breaker are in fully opening or fully closing state all the time, avoid accident caused by the contact staying in the middle of opening or closing action due to fault.

6. Convenient installation, outline width of single-pole is 18mm, the control part has the same height with that of breaker part, guide rail type installation, easy interchange.

8. The product is equipped with red control signal light in the front. When the voltage reaches the rated
closing value, the status light goes on; When the voltage is less than the rated value, the status light goes off to identify the current control state of the photovoltaic reclosing.
9. The circuit breaker has the function of quick closing. Avoid the adverse effects of handle speed
difference during the automatic reclosing and opening, thus prolonging the service life of the product.
